We offer 60 hours of meetings if needed, unlimited phone and text contacts as well as etiquette guidance, budget development, schedule and also attend vendor meetings - including food tastings, reviewing vendor contracts etc. We will offer advice and support but you maintain control and have final say of the planning process. This service is for the couple who have the time to do their own design and may have already contacted some vendors. You have a vision but you want some expertise and assistance with putting things together. This service also includes 30 hours of meeting time along with unlimited text and phone contacts, etiquette guidance, budget development, timelines, schedule and attend vendor meetings (including tastings), reviewing vendor contracts. We will offer advice and support but you maintain control and have final say of the planning process. Day of Coordination
This service should begin 1-2 months prior to your special day. Day of coordination means that the venue and all vendors have been selected. You have worked hard putting all the things in place, but Serenity Weddings and Events will carry out your plans, coordinate the rehearsal, the timeline, the ceremony and reception. Our services include vendor contract review, venue setup and other logistics. The timeframe of 1-2 months prior to the wedding will allow Serenity Weddings the time to ensure all your plans are in place. Pricing based on what is needed.
